A man hailing from Leh has been held for using a mobile phone charging point to boil water in an electric kettle. The 36-year-old man, who was booked under Section 147 (1) of the Railways Act and produced before a court in Aligarh, was travelling on Mahabodhi Express from Gaya to New Delhi on Saturday evening, a RPF official said on Sunday. The accused was levied a fine of Rs 1,000 and let off with a warning, the official added.
