The committee, which includes members such as Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal, received a presentation on necessary constitutional amendments for simultaneous elections. The committee has also invited suggestions from various political parties and launched a website for stakeholders to provide input.
