A Delhi court on Saturday dismissed the plea of AAP minister Satyendar Jain for providing him with food according to his religious beliefs stating that no ground was made to direct the Tihar Jail administration to provide fruits, vegetables and dry fruits to him. In fact, the court of special judge Vikas Dhull said the jail officials were giving him preferential treatment by doing so in violation of rules.
