BJP is likely to hold its much-awaited Uttarakhand legislative party meeting on Sunday. Sources said central observers Rajnath Singh and Meenakshi Lekhi might reach Dehradun on Saturday evening or Sunday to take part in the meeting. They added that the consensus seems to have been built among the top leadership for the CM face and that the mantle could fall on a "surprise candidate".
