College girls living in a private girls hostel in Bhilai were stunned when they came to know that their hostel has secret CCTV cameras installed by their operator. Fagan Lal Pawar, a Bhilai Steel Plant employee and the operator of a private girls' hostel, has been accused of taking private videos and photographs of the girl students living in the girls' hostel by installing secret CC cameras. The accused was running girls hostel in a house located in Ashish Nagar. There were 5 college girls who were living in the hostel as paying guests. BSP personnel had installed intelligence cameras in the hostel rooms. With which he could see the activities of the girls living in the hostel at any time from his mobile. As soon as the girl students came to know about it, the girls demanded the DVR of the CCTV camera from the hostel operator but when he refused to give the DVR. the girls reached the police station and lodged a complaint against the hostel operator. The police is investigating the DVR and has registered an offense against the hostel operator under sections 354, 66-E. After the complaint, the police seized the intelligence camera and DVR from the hostel operator. The girls of the hostel stood aghast on seeing something stuck in one corner of the wall during cleaning, to which when they examined, an intelligence camera came out in one corner. Seeing the intelligence cameras in the walls, the senses of the girls were blown away.
